What are you refering to as Direct Shipment? if it is a business process for Direct Sale, in that case the scenario can be configured as Normal sales & Direct Sales can be one of the Distribution Channel.

Hi,

The Direct Shipment can be configured as one of Distribution channel in SAP.

Example:

Normally, any Defence supply will be made as Direct Shipment from the Company to the Military Defence Account.

This is being achieved through the Distribution channel and separate Customer Group in the Sales Area Data to differentiate the Defence Account.
