Sales orders / Mass maintenance

Hi all,

Trying to use the standard sales order mass update program for maintaining Credit/debit memos,but the program is not recognizing these documents as sales orders.(Logistics>central functions>mass maintenance>background. used BUS2032 as object type).

Is there any configuration i'm missing or dr/cr memos cannot be maintained by this mass update program??

Any help is appreciated.

If the document volume is high, you can do it through LSMW or SCATT.

Thanks rajesh, actually i'm looking for a program with a selection screen,list of field name selelction like MASS transaction,so that users can use.Any thoughts are appreciated.

For sales order, I have as yet not come accross anything like MASS. Some of the common T.Codes at Sales order level to my knowledge is as under:

<u>SALES ORDER PROCESSING</u>

Creating Sales Order - <b>VA01</b>

Maintaining a Sales Order - <b>VA02</b>

Displaying a Sales Order - <b>VA03</b>

Releasing an Order or Delivery from Credit Hold: Non-Flooring - <b>VKM1</b>

Display List of RMAs by Customer - <b>VA05</b>

Confirm RMA Goods Receipt - <b>VL02</b>

Generate list of open return orders for deletion - <b>VA05</b>

Display Customer returns eligibility - <b>MCSI</b>

Removing a Billing Block (Approving Credit/Debit Requests) - <b>V.23</b>
