Archiving of XML messages in SXMB_MONI

Hi All,

I have done the required configuration for Archiving, but It is not archivng any of the XML msgs. selected one interface & given the retention period as 1 day. Whn I try to write the XML msgs got the msg "0 XML msgs archived" in the job spool (job ran successfully). All my msgs are Asynchronous.

I think becoz of retention period as 1 day, it is not writing any XML msgs. System is not allowing 0 days for Async msgs. Could anyone help me how to test archive immediately for Async msgs. Otherwise everytime, I have to wait 1 day to test this.

How did you solve it.

And did try to write the archive files to a FTP directory.

We can Archive the messages of the SXMB_MONI into flat files.

I have done the configuration based on the same doc (which u attached).

But my question is "how to test the archiving immediately for Asynchronous msgs".
