Hi,

You need to do customization using TA: OAC0, OAC3 before you can store bid invitation.

Hi Atul,

Here is the scenarios:

When I Publish a bid invitation, the sytem send a mail to the vendor with the smartform of bid invitation as attachment. I would like to store (archive) this mail.

in transaction SPPFCADM I can say for bid invitation that I want to send & store the mail.

I made the custom in Archivelink and I get the following error "No archive information found for object type and document type" (message PT019).

Any idea.

I finally succeed to archive MANUALLY document to a bid invitation with transaction OAAD.

Now when I go the the bid invitation where should I see this attachment> in the "documents" tab?

I don't see them.
