And also, if the trans directory is mounted from any external system, just check if the folder is properly mounted and shared between all the systems in the landscape.

Hi All,
My issue was resolved as we found that there are some issues with the network settings which blocked some ports.
After opening that ports.... we were able to fix this issue automatically.
Thanks for your inputs.

Vijay

Hi Vijay,
Looks like issues exist in TP connect and access to the trans directory.
Each of the test failed has a small error sign near the result. Click on the
icon and we can get more detailed information regarding the errors.
- Link to DB failed is normally due to wrong environment variables.
- Error in trans directory access would be related to security/shared properties
not set correctly.

Srikishan
Hi Vijay,
You would need to check the STMS settings for the production system.
The error you mentioned normally occurs when the <sid>adm and
SAPService<sid> users do not have read/write access to the trans directory.
Goto tcode STMS - > Overview -> systems. Select the system and choose all the
three tests from the Menu entry "Check".

Srikishan
