Hi,

Open orders you can get through VA05 but not along valuation type.

I think you need to create a Z report for this requirement.

Hi,

Yes that was the first thing that I checked, I was wondering if there are other reports other than VA05 so as to avoid creating a Z report

Hi jay,

What is the definition of Open orders according to your company?

Is it Sales orders created but not delivered? or

Is it Delivery created for the Sales order but not done PGI? or

Is it Sales orders but not billed?

Accordingly you must decide. Just VA05 will give list of orders where you can take from the Status updation whether it is delivered or not. But apart from that, if you need any report relating to Open orders, you need to develop a Z report which will help your company. Just ask your business user how he wants. Based on that you can decide.

Thanks and regards.

Hi Augustine,

Open orders for them are orders that have deliveries but have not yet been goods issued. I guess we have no choice but to create a Z report to satisfy the requirements of the business. Thanks a lot to all of you for your help. 🐵

It is recommended to get a 'Z'eport developed & in 'Z' report you can understand the reporting requirement & may be club many of those requirement in same 'Z' report.
