Hi friends,
i created new page format zcheck . when i am trying to save in se71 it is giving following messages.
if any one clarifys i am thankful to them.
There is no form for page format ZCHECK
Message no. TD165
Diagnosis
You have selected a page format ZCHECK for which there is no identical formatting type in the spool.
System Response
For the immediate printing of a text with this form, X_PAPER is used as the default formatting type. The printout is unusable.
If a spool request is generated using this form and printing is initiated in the spool, an error message is output. Printing is not possible.
Procedure
Choose a different page format.
If a text with this form and page format ZCHECK is to be output to a printer (DEVICE = 'PRINTER'), both an identical formatting type and this formatting type for the device types being used must be created.
For an output on the screen (DEVICE = 'SCREEN') the warning can be ignored.

The page format needs to be defined first in transaction SPAD.
It then needs to be assigned to whichever device types you plan to print with. In SPAD again, go into the device types, double-click and click the button 'Formats'. Here you can add your new page format.
