Network Profile

Dear PS Gurus

I have a query

There is a network profile defined in Project profile

and again we have network profile in project definition in control data tab.

Can anybody tell me why there are 2 n/w profiles for same project.

Hi,

Project profile basically consists of default profiles which are required as guide during various stages of project execution. When you create a project using a particular project profile; the individual profiles (like network profile, interest profile) get defaulted in project definition from that project profile.The reason you see network profile in project definition is that you can change it over there at a later stage if required.
