Go to T.Code: OVL2 and maintian the combination Shipping condition, loading group, plant with the shipping point.

In your case

10 + 0003 + AUSP = AUSL

go and do the shipping point determination

use the transaction code OVL2

give your shipping condition=01, loading group=003,PLANT=ausl, give your shipping point
