CCM Errors

Hi Gurus,

I am struggling with Couple of CCM Errors.Please suggest me how to solve this.

1.I uploaded the schema for Master catalog and mapped the items from supplier catalog to the Master catalog and I tried to approve all the items in Master catalog by adding an approver and when I tried to save the approver, I am getting the following BSP Error,

AN Exception with the type CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE Occured,but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a raising clause.

2.One of our user trying to shop from the Internal Catalogs,he is getting this error,for all the Internal Catalogs. But, he is able to shop successfully from punchout catalogs.

Error: Your session has timed out-callup catalog search engine again in SRM.

We are getting this error only for this Particular user.All other users are fine.

Please suggest me, how to solve this errors.

Hi

1. Apply Note 1026700 - Dump when adding a new approver in CCM 2.0.

2. As you said that, the error is happening for only a specific user, check whether if you have created any views for your CCM catalogs. If yes, <b>check for the assignment of views to the user</b> and <b>assignment of views to roles</b>. Republish the catalog and try once again.
