I am getting31
error.I don´t know if wheter for the same reason my rwb alert inbox is not working.
The alert appears in the rwb inbox but not the content .
Any ideas please ?
I can see in my workplace inbox this message
Status for use Recipient Cannot process message, no route from the user

1. In Su 01 , did you assign a Email ID to the Recipeient of the Alert?
My guess here is that the Alert is being frowarded from the Alert Inbox to SCOT to send as a Email , but as a mail id is not assigned to the user, the Alert Mail is not sent.
Also, decrease the security level of your browser and check if the alert content is visible in Alert Inbox.
