SAP Gateway Connection Problem

Hi,

We had a SAP R/3 server which we could connect to it successfully.

Now we are going to connect to a company's sap server but we have an error as follows:

Connect from SAP gateway to RFC server failed Connect_PM GWHOST=x.x.x.x, GWSERV=sapgw01, ASHOST=x.x.x.x, SYSNR=01 LOCATION SAP-Gateway on host SAPDEV / sapgw01 ERROR connection to host x.x.x.x, service sapgw01 timed out TIME Thu Jul 12 14:01:15 2007 RELEASE 620 COMPONENT NI (network interface) VERSION 36 RC -12 MODULE nixxi.c LINE 821 DETAIL NiPConnect COUNTER 2

Can anyone help and tell us what is the problem?

We also used to connect with off firewalls but it didn't work again.

Also I had to mention we are using JCO to connect to server.
