Hi,
Few delivery documents are showing up in VF04 even after being billed. how to delete them, what would be the cause for it. It had a trash item on it, does this creates the problem.
Need your expert guidance.

Go to VA02 and click on 'Document flow' and check whether billing documents were generated properly for your delivery documents. I doubt your billing documents are not properly created. I have checked that once billing is done, the item is not appearing in Billing Due List. It means billing is done for that particular order. Please check your billing configuration for OR.
