Delegation In SRM

Dear SRMer's,

System Information SRM 4.0, R/3 4.6c

We have the following delegation issue in SRM:

When an user goes on vacation, he is delegating some one else to approve until he returns.

Once the user returns from vacation, he deleted the delegation in SRM Portal.

This is only deleting the delegation record from the HRUS_D2 table in SRM, but the delegation record in HRUS_D2 in R/3 is not getting deleted and is still active.

This causing the emails to be still routed to the substitute approver even after the delegation end date.

Please let me know how to get the R/3 delegation entry to get deleted simultaneously with the SRM entry when the user clears the delegation entry in the SRM Portal.

Hi Atul,

Thanks for your reply. The issue is still unresolved.

For Travel & Expense related substituition profile, the R/3 tables are gettting updated, and when the user deletes the substitution in the SRM browser, the R/3 are not getting updated accordingly.
