Hello everybody
I implemented an error alert in order to get in RWB alert inbox some errors messages of my XI Scenario.
When I run the RSALERTTEST report . I can see in the Alert Inbox a message wivh tell me that the system assigned my user as a recipient . I can not see the value of my container variable (I mean no content of my message is actually displaying in the RWB Inbox).
When I run the RSALERTDISP report I have an overview of my alerts but in no way I can see the value of my variables.
Here are the log that I can see in my SXMSALERT_LOGREADER

Please give me any suggestion in order to solve this problem
Stan,
RSALERTTEST is a report to test your alert configuration.
Instead of using this report, make some error in the runtime and then let the Alert be triggered and in this case see if the Container Variables are filled up.
In the case of the report, I fear as all the values for the Container are available only in the runtime, the alert is not triggered with the container variables filled up.

Bhavesh

Hey
>>Alert Category ERRORES DE XI in rule not yet confirmed. Skip creation of new Alert.
This means that the rule has not been confirmed in alert inbox and it happens if the "Suppress multiple alerts" has been checked.
sorry for the miscommunication but please uncheck that box and try again.
Thanx
Ahmad
