Former Member

Hi

I have a scenario -

I have basic price PR00 - $ 10 (material specific)

and another basic price ZPR0- $ 8 (customer material specific)

The question is

I can Maitain them as one condition type, basic price PR00 (by material and by customer - material specific) with 2 access sequences.

But I am not doing that way. -

I am maitianing two differnet condition types PR00 and ZPR0 for financial reasons.

The financial reason is I need to capture the difference $10- $8 = $2.

Ho can I do that in pricing procedure set up?-

I mean by using alt caliculation type and requirement and subtotal fields?

can any body help me on this issue?

any body did that?

Any suggetions will be help full.

Thanks

Greg

Hi Greg,

If you have 2 condition type for price & have condition record for both, then the Later condition type with condition recod will be picked in Sales Order.

Hi Rajesh

Thank you very much for your time.

an you tell me why system picks later condition type? How this will happen technically?

Do I need to to maitain condition exclusion?

again one more scenario for this I need to add.

I am giving 2 discounts(2 condition types) for PR00 =$10

the same 2 discounts has to be exluded for my ZPR0 =$8(Because this is lesser price vcompared to PR00 and I don't want to give any discounts.

How to do this?

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Hey Greg, I have not done this, but it looks like in the Price Procedure you could

PR00 Subtotal=D This puts the value in XWORKD

ZPRO Subtotal=E This puts the value in XWORKE

ZDIF Calculation Type 12 (XWORKD - XWORKE)

Let me know if this does work for you.

Hi,

Create another condition type and attach it to the same pricing procedure say for eg PDIFF as the condition type. Now in Alt Calculation type you should write a procedure where in it takes the condition type PR00 and ZPR0 and calculate the difference and store it in PDIFF and in Alt Condition base value you can PR00 as the reference.

Reward point if it helps.
