APO DP - use of standard key figure 9ADPDANT

I am using APO DP V5.

I want to use standard key figure 9ADPDANT as part of loading of data into APO via the BW data mart.

I see that 9ADPDANT has data type FLTP (floating point). If I am loading data into this key figure from, for example, an external source file, in what format should I be holding this source data?

I think it should manage automatically, I used final forecast KF which is QUAN (17,3) and used fixed proportional factors and it calculated automatically

The 9ADPDANT allows you more decimal places

Not sure what you are looking at. If you want to get a ratio from an InfoCube key figure.

1. Load InfoCube key figure to APO. Use this as disagregation key figure for the rest of key figures.

2. Or computer proportional factors based on this key figure. (via standard DP functionality of computing Proportional factors)

If I am uploading 9APDANT from a source spreadsheet to a target InfoCube, can the source values have a simple decimal format, which will be auto converted to floating point format?
