stock not show in delivery

HI,I am trying to deliver a sales order. the stock is shown in MMBE ?(in finished goods storage location), but still while creating delivery it says only 0 items can be deliveried. Your help is needed to understand what went wrong.

go and maintain the plant and storage location in the sales order.

hi, check the schedule lines in the sales order using the transaction code VA02.

Hi,

This is the problem with the material master. Because, in material master availability check field of sales org. plant view you may have given 01 or 02 requirement.

So, whenever there is open orders, what ever the stock available will be allocated to that old order. So, when ever you do new sales order and trying to deliver that it will this message.

So, solution is to delete the open sales order or change the availbility check field to KP(no check) in material master.

in the order goto item-schedule lines

check weather quantity has been confirmed or not

if it is confirmed on which date it is,

according to this create the delivery

pls check the ATP qty in your sales order. May be the avalible qty is blocked against other sales order. if ATP is avalible and material not blocked against any SO then check the avalibility check configuration for delivery. your probleme will be solved.

if material is blocked against another SO then with backorder processing confirm material for your current SO

Hi ,

Pl check the following thinks

1) The stock should be in unrestricted location to sale .

2) Check the confirmed schedule line for the line item in sales order .

3) Check the picking qty in picking tab in delivery.

4)If warehouse management is activated u have to raise transfer order so as to automatically picked and confirm the same .

Check the schedule lines as well along with incompletion log in the sales order.
