The main Tcode are
1.solar_project_admin for creating project
2. solar01 for business blueprint
3. solar02 for configuration
4.solar_learning_map for generating learning maps
5. stwb_2 for generating test plans
6. solar_eval for reporting
Wel if you login to solution manager from the drop down menu just expand the tools->SAP solution manager you can access all the above one's inspite if your id has access and authorization.
