Job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP is taking too long on BW system

Hi Job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP is taking too long on BW system , and one more thing is while monitoring work process , it is showing that there is a rfc error , so for now we have stopped the job , we may need it some time around, so so anybody suggest how to solve this problem
