just wud like to know do we create separate pricing procure for condition supplement,,?or it willbe active for sam stdrd pricing poceure that we use in realtime?

cud some body throw some light on this

dear vivek,

Condition supplement:

When the business wants to give certain discounts irrespective of the material customer till certain period then we can map the business scenario with condition supplement feature

ex: “PR00” and condition records should be maintain then whenever system uses the Pr00 condition type those discount condition type also accompanies PR00 condition type

To implement this condition supplement future, one separate PP should be define and assign to particular condition type.

CONDITION SUPPLEMENT:

the purpose of the condition supplement is that we have to assign the condition types which are the discount s to the condition base price

Then system will give the discount for all the customers irrespecive of time

for this we have to create the condition supplement procedure in the v/08 and then we have to assign this supplemt procedure to the price that is standard condition type which is for example PR00

Go to vk11 and maintain the records for the standard condition type which is the base price and goto extras and conditin supplement and then maintain the condition discount types to base price

and goto va01 and raise the sales order and check the effect of the condition suppplement

Condition Supplement:

when the business wants to give certain discounts irrespective of any combinations till certain perios, condition supplements can be used.for every pricing procedure base price is mandatory.so that system qutomatically proposes discount by default along with base price in the sales order

Configuration settings:

Define pricing process for condition supplement in V/08

1.Go to New Entries and assign Condition type with out any controls

10 0 PR0

20 0 K004

30 0 K005

2.Assign Pricing procedure to PR00 in V/06

Go to PR00 and assign the pricing procedure in master data section and save it

Go to VK11

Specify the condition type PR00

Maintain the condition record

Select the condition Line item

Go to GOTO button , condition supplement and maintain the validity periods

and maintain the condition records for K004 and K005, save it

Go to VA01 and raise the sales order, go to item condition screen and check the condition supplement effect

Condition Supplements

Use

A condition supplement is a supplement for a particular condition type. For example, you can include a supplement every time you apply a material price. The supplement can contain various discounts. During pricing, the system automatically applies the discounts defined in the supplement every time it accesses a material price. You define the condition types for which you want to use condition supplements in Customizing for Sales.

Including a Condition Supplement in a Condition Record

To include a condition supplement choose:

Goto ® Condition supplement on the overview screen of the condition record. You can then enter the data for each discount in the condition supplement.

You can only enter a condition supplement if the condition type you are working with has already been defined in Customizing for Sales to include condition supplements.

Default Condition Supplements

You can select a default condition supplement by choosing Default cond.suppl. The system automatically proposes all the discounts that are defined for the condition type you are working with. You can then enter the appropriate amounts or percentage discounts that apply to the discounts in the condition supplement.

You enter a condition record for the price of the material Mat1 and want to create it so that it is always calculated together with a customer rebate of USD 10 and a special offer discount of 10 %. For every sales order for this material, the system automatically calculates the sales price, the customer rebate, and the special offer discount at the same time.

Hi Vivek,

Condition Supplement will be active for the standard pricing procedure but if you using your own pricing procedures then in that case it won't be active. In other words condition supplement is active in VK31 (Standard T-code for SAP) but will not be active in VK11 (Which is also Standard but in here we can give custom condition types).
