SLD - Shifting from One Client to another

Hi all,

I had configured a business system on one technical system with client say 450.

Now i have to shift the business system from 450 to 500. So in the technical system i added one more client. when i went to configure the business sytem i got option to select 500 as client. My questions are

1. After i changed the business system to 500 client the name of the logical system doesn not appear in the filed.?

2.how it will be affected in Integration Directory, Do i have to remove from the ID and then import again ??

you need to remove from ID and do it once more as

client 500 will have different business system name

Hi,

As far as my understanding goes, you <i>do not</i> need to remove the Business System from ID. Just Do 'Clear SLD Data Cache'. Then in 'Adapter-Specific Identifiers' for the Business System service, fetch the value from SLD using the 'Compare With SLD' button.

P.S: If 'Clear SLD Data Cache' doesn't do the trick, you may want to try a J2EE restart.
