Alerts for HTTP adapter

Hi All:

I am working on JDBC to HTTP scenario. Now If my target service is down how I can throw an alert specific to HTTP adapeter? I am not seeing HTTP adapter in the

adapter list( RWB->Alert configuration)

Please let me know how can I achieve it?
