The Error is
Transaction BBP_POC cannot be called in the Easy Access Menu; see long text
Message no. S#536
Diagnosis
The transaction that you wish to start can only be started in the Web browser. It does not make sense to start the transaction from the Easy Access Menu because the transaction was specifically designed to be used in the browser.

Hi,
Based on your SRM version ,you need to configure the ITS(External /internal) to access all the SRM trasnactions is WEB.From SRM 4.0 onwards you have the Integrated or the Internal ITS whcih can be configured to execute these trsacns in the Browser.
See the foll weblog for the settings:

Hi
Which SRM version are you using ?
The BBP_POC Transaction is intended for use in Web Browser - say, Internet Explorer, etc..
Incase you open it in SAP GUI, then you should be first typing /n in the command box on top left corner.
And then type BBP_POC transaction and click on enter key.
Incase the user is not having authorization to this transaction, you migh the get the follwoing error. " The attributes for user could not be determined".
Ask BASIS person to help you out, by providing suitable SRM Roles in this case.

Also Detailed steps to check out (this is a general check-list)
When you are using the Internal ITS,you need not run the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES.(only SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT )
ALso pls check the foll:
-->activate the services through SICF tcode.
> Go to SICF transaction and activate the whole tree under the node Deafult host>sap>bc>gui>sap>its.
>Also maintain the settings in SE80>utilities>settings>internet transactuon server-->test service/Publish.
Table TWPURLSVR should have entries for the / SRM server line as well as gui and web server.
Could you please review again the following steps ?
Did you check that ICM was working correctly (TA SMICM) ?
1-Activate the necessary ICF services
With transaction SICF and locate the
services by path
/sap/public/bc/its/mimes
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
2- Publish the IAC Services
With Transaction SE80 locate from
the menu Utilities -> Settings ->
Internet Transaction Server (Tab) ->
Publish (Tab) and set On Selected
Site = INTERNAL.
3- Locate the Internet Services SYSTEM and WEBGUI.
Publish these services with the Context
Menu -> Publish -> Complete Service
4- Browse to http://<server>:<icmport>/sap/bc/gui/
sap/its/BBPSTART/! and login to SRM.
Hope this will help.
