IGS Broken image

Hello colleagues, I am having an issue with displaying my charts using the IGS. I have two portals where I am running the same application. Both have been configured to use the same IGS.

In once instance, my graphics shows up just as expected. However in the second instance, the typical Internet Explorer broken image (red x appears). It is not the IGS, graphics rendering problem image, but there's no image at all.

For our in-house experts, can you please provide me feedback as to what may lead to this type of situation? I am trying to troubleshoot this issue.

Hi,

Please delete the .ear file from the project, rebuild and create Archive once and deploy and try !!

Hi Anilkumar, I appologize for my ignorance, but where are you suggesting I delete the .ear file?

so what is the effect that this will cause? or what causes the fact that I have to delete a file?
