runtime workbench of quality system is very slow

hi all,

when I am tryin to monitor my runtime work bench in the quality system it is taking a lot of time and rest all other systems are fine. What could be the possible reasons??

Perhaps just higher quantity of data? Do you archive/delete?

Have you checked java engine config against the other systems? Heap size especially?

Is the OS / CPU / Swapping load unusually high?

Hi all,

The problem was solved automatically. I dont know how.

Might be the problem was because of some network congestion.
