authorization errors

Former Member

Dear SRM Guru's,

We have this weird issue. we are getting the authorization errors Like " you don't don't have authorization for transaction BBPGLOBAL". and a few others like this. BBPGLOBAL is not part of standard SAP role. If we give the user SAP ALL it works. We tried assigning this transaction to one role and it comes back with authorization for another TCODE.

Ant ideas......

I have done all that. Activated the services, checked and compared the entries in table TWPURLSVR.

Hi,

If you are using INTERNAL ITS then check whether all the ITS services are active in tcode SICF and published completely in SE80(use the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES to check for complete publishing). Also check the entries in table TWPURLSVR.

Please refer to the following threads on detialed configuration points.

Also with SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW the error will be removed but check whether the "EMPLOYEE" role has been assigned to the user.\

Hello,

You can try:

Report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES in SE38

SICF service deactivate and reactivate

User comparison in roles

profile generation in role authorisation

restarting SRM server
