Installation of Oracle Database & SAP WAS on different Machine

Hi,

Could you please tell me is it possible to install Oracle Database and SAP WAS on two different machines. if, it is possible then what this technology will be called and what is the procedure to point the oracle database to SAP WAS as its datbase.

Yes it is possible. The installation sequence is covered in the installation guide. This is accomplished through the use of JDBC drivers.
