Hi friends,
I would like to know how status profiles are used for authorizations and especially how the authorizations code field is configured bcoz I created a status profile and it is not allowing me to change in sales order header even though after defining sales order header as object type. I want to give myself an authorization to do that, how do I do it.
regards
Hi Abhay,
In our project we have created a status profile as Z000001 and the details should be as for eg initially when the sales order is created it should be in Locked Status
so i have created 2 status LKD and REL.
For LKD status i have given the initial status as checked and
Lowest Status no = 10
Highest status no = 30.
Position = 1.
Priority = 1
For REL Status i have not checked the initial status
Lowest Status no = 30
Highest status no = 40.
Position = 1.
Priority = 1
Do the above setting and assign the status profile to the document type to which you want the authorization check.
Rewards points if it helps.

Sreekanth
