Quantity contract

Hi All,

I have made a QC of 20 items. When I create a release order with reference to the contract, and if I change the quantity to greater than the quantity in the QC, the system allows me to save the order by just giving a warning message. I want that the system should not allow me to save the order if the quantity in the release order exceeds the quantity in the QC. Please help.

Hi,

Pl check in copy control between the Contract type and sales order type

at item category level whether the check box update document flow is marked 'x' or not .
