IPC and R/3 as a database

Hi

Can any let me know whether IPC can use R/3 as a database to directly access the Configuration data and as well as pricing data in place of CRM or it has the capability to access the CRM server only ?

Hi Ritushree,

The IPC can integrate with an R/3 using its own database. In this case , you use the IPC dataloader to take data from the R/3 system via qRFC. The IPC then convert the data to the CRM model.
