can anyone explain me clearly what is L1,L2 Support...what type of issues comes under L1 and L2 support in SAP
Hi Surya,
L1, L2 Support activities depends on company and client.
L1 activities like Server monitoring, background jobs, User Administration, checking the log file, raising new ticket depends on system status, backup monitoring, spool administration at OS level and SAP Level.
L2 Activities like transportation, background job scheduling, batchjob administration, database monitoring, OSS note implementation
Above activities depends on environment and type of support.
