no schedule lines

hi

i have posted an order but unable to deliver it

error is"no schedule lines due for delivery upto the selected date"

how to proceed.

Please check the scheduline date in VA02 IN the shipping tab

in VA02 go to line item and go to schedule lines and check weather the material have been confirmed or not ? if it is confirmed on date it is

go to shipping tab and check whether the plant and the shipping points are assigned are not

Check the Schedule Line in Sales Order & while creating Delivery ensure to maintain the date same as confirmed delivery date . Also check the stock position, whether the stock is available or not

Go to t.Code: VKOA and do the revenue account determination. i.e. assignment of G/L accounts to your accounts keys.

Like Ex.:

Click on '004 - general' and make the following entry.

APP Cond type C of A Sales org G/L acct

V KOFI 1904 BLU1 300000

or 005 - Account key if you want to assign G/L account to Accounting keys

select general field and assign your account keys ERL,ERB,ERS,ERU, and the respective G/L accounts to your sales org

It says that for the requested delivery date you don't have the required item quantities confirmed with a schedule line. Either you need to wait till the schedule line date is due in the system or give the suggested schedule line date in VL01N and execute the delivery. You would be able to do it. Make sure you would be getting the required stock into unrestricted by that time.

PLS CHECK THAT WHETHER THE (i)stock is maintained AND

(ii)selection date is also in future.

Check the Schedule Line in Sales Order & while creating Delivery ensure to maintain the date same as confirmed delivery date . Also check the stock position, whether available in unrestricted stock or not through T.Code: MMBE.

Schedule line is basically the division of an item with respect to delivery date and quantity. A schedule line will always have a delivery date and quantity.

The message you are getting may be because of the following things:

1. May be because of the system date. Normally we assign a factory calendar to the plant in logistics general and the shipping point in logistics execution. The fctory calendar has information like in a week when is the plant going to be closed. In some cases normally Sunday is kept as holiday. So when you create a sales order in VA01 on Saturday and save it, then the system in the scedule lines TAB will create 2 different scedule lines. One scedule line will show the date which is shown in the sales order but the quantity confirmed will be ZERO. The second schedule line will show the date of Monday and the confirmed quantity will be the quantity mentioned in the sales order. Then in VL01N when you try to create the delivery, the system will give you the error "No Schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date?"

2. If you don't have the stock in the unrestricted area then also the system can give you the problem because it cannot determine the quantity to be delivered. Thus, the schedule line remains incomplete. You can create stock in MB1C by using the movement type as 561.

hi hema,

go to transaction code VA02 and select the line item then go to schdeule lines tab and note down the delivery date.

then fgo to TRANSACTION code VL01N and enter your shipping point and delivery date.

this will reslove your problem

In the sales order document, check what is the delivery date in the Schedule lines tab in T.Code: VA02. Further in VL01N given the same date as the selection date along with the shipping point and order number. You must have given a date which is before the delivery date in the sales document hence the error has occurred.
