Good day to everyone.
A service is create with HCM. Form Scenario and ISR Scenario is complete. When test, Process Reference Number not available. Do you know why? Is there some configuration step miss-out?

Did you configure your number ranges for the Proc. Ref #? That is one of the steps in config that must be done.
