Hi

1) i am giving left margin in all windows i.e 0.7 .... when it is given print ... it is starting from 2 to 3 cms from left margin.....\

Check the printer settings and change accordingly.

2) And how can i reduce the font size at window level..........can u8 give me the steps

See the Character formats which are available in the smartform and window attributes you can change this , so that the font will change

3) how to connect smartform to output type

Using NACE tcode we assign the Output type, with Print program and smartform

NACE is the Tcode used to link the Application type, Output Types and its processing Routines like ( Driver programs and attached Script forms or Smartforms).

You should know the Application of a document first Like:

for PO it is EF, for sales Doc's it is V1, for Delivery docs it is V2, for billing Doc's it is V3 etc.

so first select the Application type (ex: EF) for PO and press OUtput types

then a list will come in that you should know the related output type for PO.

in this case it is NEU,

select that and click on the processing Routines button on the left side

it will display the Medium, Driver Program and the Script form or smartform related to that document..

4) how to create output type

From SPRO you can create this

Goto the related module configuration

messages-> Output determination -> create output types

Take the help of a functional guy in this regard if needed.

All output types are stored in T685 Table , check it.

1) Usually printer will be pre-defined with left, right, top margin. Check printer settings if you want to print from beginnig.

2) Use character format to reduce font size or font family at window lwvel

3) use tocde NACE.

Usually, functional team will do this.
