how to read a attachement from multiple attach - in Mail Sender Adapter ?

I am new to xi . May i know how to read a attachement from Multiple list of attachement .

When you have several parts in a mail (MIME type = multipart) then the XI message will have attachments as well. The first part of the mail becomes the XI message body, the other parts become XI message attachements.

You can read an attachment for example with an ABAP or Java proxy as receiver.

or you can just read it from your own mail adapter module

and do something with it
