Can anybody help me in confiruration of MTE in RZ20 ( CCMS Monitoring )

1. what are the certain steps to follow

2. what is the steps

3. how we are going to monitoring in our daily tasks

Hi Shishir,

1. Configuration of MTE in RZ20

T-code RZ20 > Extras > Activate Maintenance Function

Moniter (Set)> Create....

Here you can't create in Standard SAP Monitoring templates. You have to create new Template and add MTE to the same.

2. Daily monitoring tasks includes:

Workprocess Monitoring

Active Users

Checking ABAP Dumps

System Logs

Background Job Monitoring

Update Monitoring

Looking for the lock entries

Spool job monitoring

Operating system monitoring

Looking for the alerts in RZ20
