Error in Publishing -The attempt to lock the catalog timed out

Dear SRM Gurus,

I am getting error message while publishing the catalog.

We are using CCM 2.0 with SP 08.

Anyone faced the same problem, how you resolved?

Hi

Try to unlock the master catalog, if it is actually locked by using report /CCM/CLEANUP_CATALOG with the foll. selection options...

Execute the report with the <b>process</b> selected as <b>SE</b>, <b>'delete/unlock</b>' radio button selected and select the '<b>unlock</b>' radio button along with <b>'Active/Inactive/Last version'</b> flagged.

Hi

First try to check wether your TREX is running well or not with with the program /CCM/CHECK_TREX and see this SNOTE 866547. If there is no any problem then go to Transaction ST22 check what type of runtime error you are getting.
