Global Outline Agreement transfer for Service items

Hello,

We are trying to distribute GOA with Service items. However we are having an error message "Error in numer allocation for service items (NRO: BBP_SRV)"

Can anyone help me on this subject, are there any other settings we have to do on SRM or R/3 to overcome thisproblem?

Hi,

I have assumed that there was a problem because the number interval for BBP_SRV object was not defined in R/3 (it is not used). However we defined anyway. Also we have defined the document type same as the GOA on SRM.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi Gaia,

the error is talking about number range. Do you have all related settings in

place in R/3? Seems, that the number range and the doc type is missing.

Also give the note 852469 a try.

Hi Atul,

We are using SRM 5.0 (Server 5.5). I have checked the specified OSS notes however we are not even able to transfer a document yet. (the errors we get are in monitor contract distribution transaction not in the idocs). Do you think it might be relevant still?

We have loaded service hierarchy and service type materials to SRM from R/3 4.7

and just as we use the other materials we have opened a Global outline agreement using these service materials. Then when we approve the document and distribute to the backend this error falls in to the monitors.
