Hi,
I am facing one problem while activating in Integration Directory. When I am trying to activate it is givng message 'Unable to move an object to another change list while it is being edited. Save and close the object'.
I have created 2 config scenarios using same BS and message interface...
is there any solution? plz help me
Hi,
Try these
1. Try activating it one by one
2. you will be getting the name of objects which can't be moved to another change list.U can do it easily by creating a new change list. Right click on change lsit and create new..
3. Put the above objects seprately in the newly created change list.
4. now activate both of them seprately.

Hi,
That Object is Opened By Another User or It is Opened And Left it.
Please Do the Following
Goto XI Home Page-----Administration
Left Part side Click on Lock Overview
Here U Can Find out the Locked Users

yes the way towards lock overview is Administration->Lock Overview(left side menu) then select the components locked and unlock them.
If this is not the solution...
then i guess you are trying to activate some other users components
in that case you can right click the component and select option 'transfer'
and then assign it to your user name.

Hi,
I think that you are trying to activate all the objects at a time.
1. Try to activate the objects one by one at a time.
or
2. Close all the object window from the IR or ID which are under Standard Change List. Now you can activate all the objects at a time.
Note: I have faced the same issue when all the objects were opened. When I closed all the objects, I could able to activate the objects.
