is there any posibility if in customer data we have more then one customer account for that very customer - to select / choose specify account for invoice when we sell in diferent currency.

Yes you can select which account you want at the invoice level

so how to do that
I know that one customer can have more then one bank accound in main data
but how to do that if we sell in EU currency we have on invoice other bank account then when we sell in $ currency ?
is that programmer job or we can do that in SPRO ?

You can certainly create multiple accounts for the customer.
