Create Table space error

Hi all,

i am installing R/3 4.6C on AIX5.3 with oracle 9.2.0.1. while installing Central instance some where around after complete 65% i got this error.

Connected.

CREATE TABLESPACE PSAPSTABI

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01119: error in creating database file

'/oracle/VSD/sapdata5/stabi_1/stabi.data1'

ORA-27039: create file failed, file size limit reached

Additional information: 1

Disconnected from Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

With the Partitioning option

JServer Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production

Please help me.

First you need to apply the oracle patch , check in installation doc

Second check your OS parameters for max file size and number of files.

Hi,

Check the note no : 553854 also check ur filesystem, may be full
