Java Script error when input field of FileUpload UI has wrong format

Hi, all.

My env is like the following.

NW2004s SPS11.

i tried the file upload/download sample.

Uploading and Downloading Files in SAP NetWeaver 7.0

Of course, it works well in normal situation but in the following case,

it has some problem.

- How to produce : enter directly(for example, enter

"test.xls" without directory path) directly into the input field

of FileUpload UI

- Phenomena : Java Script error occurs and the program runs infinitely.

Is this a known problem?

And is there any workaround for this? For example, set the input field to

read-only or implement the input field of FileUpload UI validation check?
