During installation of IDES ECC 6.0 I am encountering problem

During installation of IDES ECC 6.0 I am encountering problem.

Namely after doing just the same as installing normal ECC6.0(ABAP) I

get error :

"You enetered D:Fonud the label SAP:::MM:::D51032413_2 but need label

SAP:ECC:600SR2:EXPORT(11/11):."(when not specifing the target

drive/directory

When specifying the drive/directory "C:\Export2" I get message :

"You entered D:\EXP2 for copying a package you have to specify the

source location for the requested package SAP:ECC:600SR2:EXPORT(11/11),

or empty the copy input field!!"

I was using the master installation DVD for IDES and after first export

DVD 1/6 beeing copied I am encountering above message

HI Tina,

Ensure that you give the correct path of the label.

Check the LABEL.ASC file in the DUMP. Edit it using a notepad and check the required label.

I think in ECC 6.0 we have to provide the 11th CD dump as the file location. Also remove the "copy to" check option.

I guess from the error mentioned, just make sure you perform local installation (not remote), and explicitly specifying the location/directory of export files for the sapinst program
