WSACONNREFUSED while registering CCMS Agent

Hi,

While I am registering the ccms agent, I am getiing the following message:

ERROR: RFC error during logon: 104 RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE [Connect to messagserver failed

I tried with 640 and 700 versions of sapccm4x.

Any hints?

Dear Mehfil,

WSAECONNREFUSED:Connection Refused error with login groups

Connection refused (WSAECONNREFUSED - #10061) means the attempt was

forcefully rejected.

If you are installing a new SAP-system, first make sure that the

SAP-system does work on the specified host and service. Check that the

hostname (and IP-adress) for erppeccvh1 and service number is correct.

Please ensure that service 3300 is contained in the etc/services file.
