hi
how to run the SAP service from OS Level and how to see error log through event log
....please advice

sorry, but not exactly clear what you want.
what sort of SAP Service you want to run at OS level ? or just purely sapstart/sapstop ?
Event Log -> Do you mean the Windows Event Log ? How to see ? use Event viewer ? Example of the log entries in System Log and Application log that related to SAP Service
<System Log>:
"The SAP<SID>_Service_<nn> service terminated unexpectedly. It has done
this 2 time(s)."
<Application Log>:
"SAP Service SAP<SID>_<nn> executable has changed. Service will be
restarted in 5 minutes."

Hi,
SAP can be started/stopped from OS level using the commands:
startsap and stopsap from user id <sid>adm.
You can view the errors if any from the startsap and stopsap log files in the
home directory for the <sid>adm user.
