Not able to apply suport packs, please help me.

Am not able to apply suport packs,

i have uncared the files in command prompt,

placed that files in usr\sap\trans\SID\bin,

then in 000 client and sap*, i entered the server

entered the t.code 'spam' --> load application server --> selected the name --> clicked import.

after a long time of loading it says not imported/error...

is there any mistake in my process

Hai,

for applying support packs, you need to download two files, and un-car those two files. And while selecting names in the SPAM after selecting load application server, you need to select both the uncared files. Then you continue with your steps. All your steps are exactely correct.
