Hi experts,

When trying to send e-mail I receive the following error:

Cannot process message, no route from user to user's e-mail address

Meldingsnr. XS826

Diagnosis

To continue processing, the system requires a valid route from sender to recipient (type INT).

The error message also telling me to create a route, but I do not know how... Can anyone of you please help me in the right direction???

Regards Camilla

Hi,

How are you sending mails. Are you sending through SBWP or through the BSP.

Are you able to send mails at any point of time, after you have configured the SCOT.

Also check,

In SCOT > Settings>Default Domain

gmail.com...

if your mail id's of the comapnay are tanuj@gmail.com

Thanks,

Tanuj

Hi,

Can you any entry under SCOT --> INT ? You should see something like SMTP or anything like that and it should be in green.l Double click on that entry and you will see another pop up window. Check SMTP connection setting ( IP address of the mail server, port number etc ) and also check whether Node in use is checked

Thanks

Prince Jose

PS: Please assign points if it helped you
