CJS-30153 Java process dispatcher of instance MSP/DVEBMGS00 reached state UNKNOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.

I'm installing SRM 5.0, Netweaver 2004s SR2, SQL 2005 SP2 on windows 2003 64bit OS and hardware.

During the install when trying to start the Java engine I get the above error.

Does anyone have any idea's?

Problem solved!

HP Insight manager was installed on the server. It uses a later version of Java(1.5) and that uses ports in the same address range as SAP Java components ie 50000 range. Uninstalled Insight manager and the install completed.
