Follow on document display shows Release date instead PR Creation date

Hi All,

We have implemented ver 5.0 with ECC 6.0 as backend.

After PR creation in ECC, in check status display of SC, the follow on document shows the PR release date as the Creation date.

Is this standard SAP?

if not is there any option to control this?

ideally the display should show the PR creation date.

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi

It is standard SAP. Better to cross-chek with SAP by raising a Customer OSS Message as well.

I guess, For this you need to modify the standard HTML Templates in SRM, by Which the required Date can be displayed in the SC check status transaction.

See two related SAP OSS Notes, which will give you some Idea where you need to modify the HTML Template to display the required date in your case.

Thanks for your inputs.

What i meant what was in the follow on document(graphic display) history.

Is there any option via config, where in the system should pick field BADAT from EBAN instead of FRGDT(release date) for the PR Creation date.

As you must be aware, SAP defaults the delivery date as the release date in PR.

Hi Atul,

We have implemented classic scenario SRM 5.5 verison in which when we do describe requirement and limit Shopping cart.When the shopping cart in approved PR is getting generated in backend.From PR furthur procurement process is completed in R/3.

Problem is R/3 has got some Value based contract or schedulling agreement which is tied up to a some vendor for services ,those vendor are given as source of supply or preffered vendor list for the SC's in SRM.When we select the vendor in Shopping cart who has got value contract or schedulling agreement where we can see that he has got a contract in r/3. The agreement number or value contract number is not getting displayed in the agreement field in PR in backend.Please advice how to solve the problem.
